Charles is a seasoned businessman with a keen interest in property development, real estate management and mortgages.
A professional engineer with over 20 years experience with various multinationals both within and outside Nigeria.
Charles maintains active membership with COREN, Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists, and Geophysicists of Alberta (APEGGA), Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).
Olajumoke Fashanu
Chairman, Board of Directors
Olajumoke is a Chartered Accountant with a keen passion for real estate development and management.
She has over 20 years on-job experience in the housing market and real estate sector in Nigeria making outstanding marks within the Finance, Business Development and Mortgage Banking sub-sector of the real estate industry.
She is a member of the Institute of Directors, a Council member, The Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria, Council member of The Lagos Chambers of Commerce & Industry and also a Board member, Lagos International Trade fair.
Lawrence Ogunsina
Lawrence Olusola Ogunsina (FCA, FCTI, CFA, ANIM) – is a graduate of Accountancy.
He had his Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance in 1997 from the then Ondo State University, Ado Ekiti (Lagos Centre), now Ekiti State University, Ado Ekiti. He is an active member of various professional bodies.
Oyeleke Olaolu
Oyeleke Olaolu holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Business School, Netherlands.
He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS) with diverse experience in portfolio management, corporate financing, capital market operations etc.
He has worked with a pioneer asset Management Company and three leading banks in Nigeria. And has won various awards and recognition’s for his business development and relationship management skills.

She holds a Masters Degree in Finance option. She anchors the administration arm of the organization and over the years has won various awards and recognitions for relationship management skills.
Samson Alabi
Head, Customer Service
Samson holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Akure.
Previously, Samson was the Cooperative Coordinator of FirstHome Housing Cooperative Multi-purpose Society. He is the Head of Customer Service of FirstHome.
He has over 5 years experience as a Civil engineer and also a real estate and mortgage broker.
Samuel Adenuga
Head of Finance
Samuel holds a Bsc in Accounting from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He also holds a Diploma in Financial Management from the International Business Management Institute in Berlin, Germany. And he is a Certified Financial Analyst from the Corporate Finance Institute in Vancouver British Columbia, Canada
He is an accountant with 15 years experience, working within such industries as, manufacturing, construction, education and finance, to name but a few. He is now the Head of Finance of FirstHome Mortgage Brokers Ltd.
